Multi-view capabilities for monitoring multiple camera feeds simultaneously

The platform aggregates publicly available data from various government traffic monitoring systems and open-source intelligence sources.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the ATCS Indonesia platform for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Using the platform to collect or harvest personal information about individuals

5. Intellectual Property

The ATCS Indonesia platform, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and branding, is owned by ATCS Indonesia and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. CCTV feeds and traffic data displayed on the platform are sourced from public government infrastructure and remain the property of their respective owners and operators.

6. Third-Party Content and Links

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by ATCS Indonesia. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. You acknowledge and agree that ATCS Indonesia shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any third-party content, goods, or services.

7. Advertisements

The platform may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdSense. These advertisements may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our platform or other websites. The display of advertisements does not constitute an endorsement by ATCS Indonesia of the advertised products or services. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ATCS INDONESIA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ATCS Indonesia, its directors, employees, partners, agents, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the platform, any content obtained from the platform, or unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
